## The Playinexch app, coming Q3 2026
The Playinexch mobile app is in private beta with a group of 200 testers across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Lucknow. Public launch is scheduled for Q3 2026 on Android first, iOS roughly four weeks later.
The app is not a packaged browser. It is built native (Kotlin on Android, Swift on iOS) for two reasons. First, it loads in under 1 second on a 4G connection in Tier-2 cities. The web version takes 2 to 3 seconds. Second, it can keep a persistent WebSocket open for in-play odds, which means live cricket markets update with no lag instead of the 200 to 500 millisecond delay you get on the browser version.
What is in the app
Everything on the website is in the app, plus a few features that only work on mobile.
**Push notifications for in-play markets.** Subscribe to a team or a player. Get a notification 60 seconds before a market you care about opens. (Example: notification 1 minute before the start of the powerplay-runs market on India vs Australia.)
**Quick-stake panel.** Pre-set three of your favourite stake amounts. One tap to bet at any of those stakes. Removes 3 to 4 seconds of friction from each placement.
**Live score widget.** Pin a match to your phone home screen. Score updates every ball.
**Biometric login.** Face ID or fingerprint instead of password every time.
**Lower data usage.** Live tables run at adaptive bitrate that drops to 480p in poor signal. The web version does not auto-adapt.
Phones we support
**Android.** Versions 8 and above. Tested on Samsung A-series, Redmi Note series, OnePlus Nord, Realme C-series, Vivo Y-series, Pixel 6 and newer.
**iOS.** Versions 14 and above. iPhone 8 and newer.
All devices need at least 1 GB free storage and a 4G connection (3G works for sports markets, not for live casino streams).
How to get on the beta
WhatsApp the team and ask to join the beta tester group. We are adding 50 testers per month between now and launch. Beta testers get:

The Playinexch website is fully mobile-optimised. On a typical Android phone in Mumbai with a Jio 4G connection, the home page loads in 0.6 seconds and the cricket page in 0.9 seconds. Live casino tables stream in 720p by default, with a manual switcher for 480p (if you are on a metered data plan or shaky signal).
Add Playinexch.cc to your home screen for an app-like experience right now. Open Playinexch.cc in Chrome on Android, tap the three-dot menu, tap “Add to Home Screen”. You get a Playinexch icon on your home screen that opens directly to the exchange, no browser tabs.

When exactly is the app launching?
Public launch on Android is scheduled for Q3 2026 (July to September). iOS follows roughly four weeks after Android. Specific date will be announced 30 days in advance to our WhatsApp list.
Will the app be on Google Play Store?
Google Play does not allow real-money gambling apps in India. The Playinexch app will be distributed via direct APK download from playinexch.cc/app, signed and verified. iOS will follow Apple’s TestFlight model for now.
Is the app free?
Yes. No download fee, no subscription.
Will my web account work in the app?
Yes. Log in with the same WhatsApp-linked ID. Wallet, bet history, bonuses, everything syncs.
Do I get a bonus for using the app?
Beta testers get a one-time ₹1,000 credit after their first 5 active sessions. Post-launch we may run app-specific promotions, those will be announced separately.
Is the app safe? Will my phone get a virus?
The APK is signed and verified. Hostinger hosts the download endpoint with TLS 1.3. We recommend you only ever download from playinexch.cc/app, never from third-party sources.
