This policy describes what Playinexch (“we”, “us”) collects about you, why, and what control you have over your data.
We collect the minimum necessary to run the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising tracking on the Service.
1. What we collect
**Account data.** Your name, mobile number (used for WhatsApp), email address (optional), date of birth (for age verification), and bank or UPI details (used only to process deposits and withdrawals).
**Transaction data.** Every deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, settlement, and bonus credit. Retained for 7 years to meet financial record-keeping obligations.
**Identity verification documents.** If we request KYC (typically triggered by a large withdrawal), we receive a photo of your government-issued ID and an address proof. Stored encrypted on our servers, accessible only by KYC officers, retained for 7 years post-account-closure.
**Device and connection data.** Your IP address at the time of each session, browser type, operating system, and a session identifier. Used for fraud detection and security.
**Chat logs.** All WhatsApp and email correspondence with our support team. Retained indefinitely to maintain a dispute-resolution history.
**Cookies.** We use one session cookie for login state and one preference cookie for language and theme settings. No third-party advertising cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tracking on the user-facing site.
2. How we use it
**To run your account.** Authentication, deposit and withdrawal processing, bet matching, bonus credit.
**To meet legal obligations.** KYC compliance, anti-money-laundering checks, tax reporting where required.
**To prevent fraud.** Cross-checking patterns of play, IP addresses, and device fingerprints to identify multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or unauthorised access.
**To improve the service.** Aggregated, anonymised play data to understand which markets and games are popular.
**To contact you.** Service announcements (deposit confirmations, withdrawal status, security alerts) via WhatsApp and email. You can opt out of marketing notifications but not service-critical ones.
3. Who we share data with
**Payment processors.** Razorpay, PhonePe, or Cashfree (depending on the rail) receive your transaction details to process the actual money movement.
**Banking partners.** Our settlement bank receives anonymised volume data for compliance reporting.
**Game studios.** Evolution, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Live receive your session token (not your name or bank details) when you join a live table.
**Regulators.** We respond to lawful requests from the Curacao Gaming Control Board and from Indian authorities under valid legal process.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing networks.
4. Where data is stored
Our application servers are hosted with Hostinger in Singapore. Database backups are stored encrypted in a separate Hostinger region (also Singapore). KYC documents are stored encrypted in object storage with AES-256 server-side encryption.
We do not transfer personal data to jurisdictions without adequate data protection safeguards.
5. Your rights
You can request:
– A copy of all data we hold about you (“data export”). Delivered within 30 days.
– Correction of inaccurate data.
– Deletion of your data and closure of your account. Note: we are obligated to retain transaction records for 7 years post-closure for legal reasons.
– Opt-out of marketing notifications.

6. Children
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you become aware of a child accessing the Service, contact us immediately, we will close the account and delete the data.
7. Data breaches
If we suffer a data breach that materially affects your personal data, we will notify you by email and WhatsApp within 72 hours of detection, along with our remediation steps.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are notified by email and WhatsApp 14 days before they take effect.
