## Betting should be fun. When it stops being fun, take a break.
Most players on Playinexch have a healthy relationship with the game. They bet for entertainment, set a budget, win some and lose some, and walk away clear-headed. A small minority do not. The point of this page is to help you spot the difference, and to give you tools and people you can reach if betting is becoming a problem.

Signs to watch for in yourself
You are betting more than you planned to, more often than you wanted to.
You are chasing losses. Betting to win back what you lost yesterday or last week, instead of betting because you saw a market you liked.
You are hiding the activity from family or friends.
You are borrowing money to bet, including from credit cards, personal loans, or friends.
You feel anxious or low when you are not betting.
You have tried to stop and not been able to.
If two or more of these are true right now, do one of the things below today.
Tools we give you
**Deposit limits.** Ask our WhatsApp team to set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. The limit takes effect immediately. Increasing the limit requires a 7-day cool-down period.
**Loss limits.** Cap your net losses in a 24-hour window. When you hit the limit, the platform stops accepting bets until midnight IST.
**Session reminders.** Get a WhatsApp ping every 30 or 60 minutes of active play. A small interruption is sometimes all it takes to step back.
**Cooling-off period.** Pause your account for 7, 30, or 90 days. During the pause you cannot log in, place bets, or withdraw (your balance is held safely). At the end of the cool-off, your account reopens automatically.
**Self-exclusion.** Close your account permanently. We will not reopen a self-excluded account, even on request, for at least 12 months. After 12 months, reactivation requires a written request and a 30-day waiting period.

What we do internally
Our trader desk and customer support agents are trained to recognise patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Specifically: rapid stake escalation after a loss, deposits from multiple sources in a short window, repeated requests to cancel a self-exclusion, attempts to open a new account after a self-exclusion.

A word on age
You must be 18 or older to use Playinexch. We verify ages at signup and again at withdrawal. If we find that a minor has used the Service, the account is closed immediately, deposits are refunded to the original payment method, and any winnings are forfeited.

A final note
The house always has an edge, even on an exchange. Over enough time, most players lose.
