Our support desk is staffed 24 hours a day by two shifts of agents in Bengaluru and Lucknow. There is no IVR, no chatbot, no ticket queue. You message, an agent picks up.
What we can help with
**Signups.** New ID in under 90 seconds. We will walk you through your first deposit and first bet if you want.
**Deposits and withdrawals.** UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and net banking. If a deposit is stuck, send us the UTR or transaction reference and we will trace it. If a withdrawal is delayed past 15 minutes during business hours, ping us, we will check the queue.
