Playinexch Deposits and Withdrawals
Playinexch supports a short, well-tested set of Indian payment rails. Deposits confirm in a few minutes on UPI and IMPS. Withdrawals are reviewed and sent out in about 15 minutes once approved. The minimum deposit is ₹100 and the minimum withdrawal is ₹500.
Every deposit and withdrawal must come from an account that belongs to you. We do not accept third-party transfers. If a deposit lands from a bank account or UPI handle that is not registered to your KYC name, we will put the funds on hold until you clear the mismatch with support.
Methods we accept
UPI
PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM. Instant deposit. Also our fastest withdrawal rail — most payouts land back in UPI within 15 minutes of approval.
IMPS / NEFT
Direct bank transfer. IMPS instant, NEFT within one hour on bank working hours. Lower limits than UPI for first-time users.
Paytm Wallet
Legacy option, still supported. Processing time matches UPI. Withdrawals back to Paytm wallet subject to Paytm’s own ceiling.
Bank transfer
For high-value deposits above the UPI daily ceiling. KYC completion required before first use.
How to deposit
- Log in to your Playinexch ID.
- Open the Deposit screen from the dashboard.
- Choose your payment method and enter the amount (minimum ₹100).
- Complete payment through your preferred app and come back to the deposit screen.

How to withdraw
- Open the Withdraw screen from the dashboard.
- Confirm your KYC is complete (one-time step).
- Enter the amount (minimum ₹500) and your UPI ID or bank account.

Fees and limits
- No deposit fee on any method.
- No withdrawal fee on UPI or IMPS up to ₹1 lakh per day.
- Daily withdrawal ceiling: ₹5 lakh (contact support for higher limits).
- Deposits are credited at face value — no hidden cuts.
FAQ
Why is my deposit still pending?
UPI usually confirms in under a minute. If it is longer, check your bank app for the debit, then share the UTR with support on WhatsApp. Deposits never fail silently.
Why was my withdrawal held?
Most common reasons: KYC not finished, withdrawal under ₹500, or the destination account name does not match your KYC. Support will tell you which one.
Can I withdraw to a different bank than I deposited from?
Yes, provided the destination account is in your KYC name. We will not pay out to a third-party account.
Is there a fee for using Playinexch?
No deposit or withdrawal fees on standard methods. Market-level commission is listed in the terms.
